If case you have any kind of RETURN is given, try to resolve it within 24 hours - 48 maximum . At the end of the day , what it is is that you 're happy before, during and after your purchase.

Steps to return a replacement

Before returning an item, check the installation of that article is properly made, and it is the same item you have to replace or equivalent , if you need help feel free to contact us and we'll help any way possible.

If you want to return the item , you must follow the following 4 steps

  1. Typing in case the invoice number and date of purchase to return the item .
  2. Enter the name and phone number to contact or means by which you would like the customer service team will contact you to solve the problem.
  3. In the message text explain in detail the reason for the return and what is needed to solve the problem, if you can insert photos or video, both parts to be returned as you need to solve the problem.
  4. Do not worry , your return request replacement is already underway before 24h returns team will contact you to solve the problem.
