Packages are shipped within 48 to 72hours after receiving your payment. motOstion will pack your order as properly to reach their destination in good condition . At the time a packet is sent , we will send the locator so you can track your shipment.

How to deal with a refund?

If case you have any kind of RETURN is given, try to resolve it within 24 hours - 48 maximum . At the end of the day , what it is is that you 're happy before, during and after your purchase.

Steps to return a replacement

Before returning an item, check the installation of that article is properly made, and it is the same item you have to replace or equivalent , if you need help feel free to contact us and we'll help any way possible.

If you want to return the item , you must follow the following 4 steps

  1. Typing in case the invoice number and date of purchase to return the item .
  2. Enter the name and phone number to contact or means by which you would like the customer service team will contact you to solve the problem.
  3. In the message text explain in detail the reason for the return and what is needed to solve the problem, if you can insert photos or video, both parts to be returned as you need to solve the problem.
  4. Do not worry , your return request replacement is already underway before 24h returns team will contact you to solve the problem.

Our policy, in seven days expanding current regulations is to provide the right to return any product you buy from motOstion within 3 months from the date of receipt !

Contact our Customer Service ( atencioncliente@motostion.com ), explaining in detail because there are interested in the product, and the subject of the email put the invoice reference of your order. We will not accept returns without prior authorization from the department.

The product must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging.

Once we receive the returned product within the legal deadline , we will refund the cost of products , but not the shipping or pickup returned product . Commissions payment rates or shipping and DUA payments or taxes in different countries to Spain was never returned.

2.- RETURN FOR DAMAGE OR ERROR ON OUR PART

Any product you buy in motOstion may be returned within 3 months from the date of receipt by breakage, failure or error on our part costs .

The product must be in its original packaging . Upon receipt of the merchandise in our stores and confirmed that it is in perfect condition, we will reimburse your name next to the cost of products , we also refund the shipping and collection , as long as the shipment has run through our hand, if you have sent the agency will have to take charge of the return postage .
