Very bad experience with this company, if you can even call them that. Three months ago, I sent them a motorcycle odometer for repair. After hundreds of calls and trying to get through to them for over a month, they always gave me the runaround. And finally, they told me that Seur had lost the package. Mind you, they never once called me to inform me. I was the one who had to call countless times to ask for information. Right on that same call, they told me they had a replacement and that they were going to send it to me to be reset to my mileage and then ship it to my house. They told me it would take two days, but three weeks went by… In the end, I got fed up and bought a new one myself.
Of course, I'm stuck with the old one for spare parts… If I had known this sooner, I would have saved myself three months. Very poor organization, control, and customer communication.

Buying any kind of spare part from these scammers is a complete waste of time and money. The parts arrive damaged and more used than advertised. They take no responsibility for anything, contrary to what they claim. They offer very few return options, and even then, only for less than the price you paid for the part. It's a disgrace. I don't recommend anyone buy anything from them; you'll only end up with headaches.

A completely unpleasant experience in every way.
